We believe that financial limits should never block real talent. That’s why our scholarship program exists—to reward merit, support defence families, and motivate consistency. ⚑ Atulya Defence School is a CBSE school with entrance coaching (RIMC, RMS, Sainik, JNV/APS, NDA, CDS). We’re not a military training centre. Fitness is structured, age‑appropriate, and scholarships apply to education only.

What Scholarships Cover

  • Tuition Fee → always eligible for scholarship slabs
  • Hostel & Mess → limited, if printed in your offer letter
  • Books/Uniform/One‑time charges → not covered once issued
  • Non‑encashable → awards reduce payable fee, never given as cash

Your offer letter/invoice is the final reference for exact details.

Based on strong report card or diagnostic test scores.

Rules: Caps, Combinations & Validity

  • Max two scholarships can combine
  • Cap: usually 40–50% of tuition
  • Valid for one academic session
  • Renewable on meeting criteria
  • Non‑transferable

Renewal Criteria

  • Attendance → minimum 85% (unless medically excused)
  • Academics → maintain grade band or improving trend
  • Conduct → no major discipline issues
  • Engagement → active in focus labs, PT, mocks

How to Apply

  1. Fill the Scholarship Application Form (see Document Downloads)
  2. Attach proofs: mark sheets, certificates, defence docs, etc.
  3. Submit at admissions desk or email info@atulyadefenceschool.com

Timeline: Acknowledged in 2 days · Decision in 7–10 days

When We Review

  • New Admissions → with admission file
  • Renewals → term end
  • Upgrades → e.g., new sports medal, processed at next cycle

Examples

Academic Merit + Defence Background → allowed (within cap)
Sports medal mid‑term → reflects from next bill
Attendance below 85% → may pause, can reapply
Hostel scholarship → valid only if on offer letter

Communication

Decisions are shared on the offer letter and invoices. Awards reduce fees payable; they’re not cashable.
